The fork stem cap for the Drive Medical blue streak, Chrome Sport, Cruiser III, Cruiser X4, Silver Sport 1, and Silver Sport 2 wheelchairs works on either the left or the right side. This is the little lid helps seal the top of the caster fork and pivot assembly and it does a big job in protecting the moving caster parts like bushings and bearings from getting damaged or corroded from moisture.
