Surface mounted toilet tissue dispenser, from Bobrick, holds two rolls. One roll is presented for immediate use, while the other is concealed until needed. Tissue rolls are loaded and locked into dispensing mechanism. When the bottom roll is depleted, the second roll automatically drops into place. Integrated tumbler lock discourage unauthorized access and vandalism. The issue dispenser’s flat top doubles as a small shelf.
